The World of Frank Sanders

This web site is full of interesting stuff that’s been lifted from the life of Frank Sanders. Most of the pages are rich in photographs with some supporting text. Every photo has been taken by me, unless otherwise credited. Just for starters, there are pages for my photos of astronomical objects, auroras, paleontology, radars, honeybees, rainbows and clouds. There’s a page about how to sleep in the desert without needing a tent and there’s a page about a mysterious island in the northern Pacific that was home to a brilliant little sea otter and a beautiful girl who I loved and who loved me (all too briefly). There are pages where you can learn about fireballs in the sky and bees in their hives and how spy satellites work in space. There’s a page about my cat, Kiska, and there’s a page where you can download my fiction. I even reveal my iPod Favorites playlist on a page, embarrassing as some of them are. Basically, there are things on this site’s pages that even my family and closest friends haven’t known about until now, usually because I just never happened to mention them to anybody and sometimes because I had to wait for the statute of limitations to run out.

I am often asked whether I took all of the photos on this site. The answer is Yes, unless otherwise noted in any given photo caption, every photo on this site was taken by me. I don’t need to steal other people’s work; I do my own. See Using My Photos for more information.
All in a day’s work for me: Dressing in chain maille for a Weird Science Party, hunting dinosaurs in the American West, measuring high-power radar emissions, designing jewelry, and much more. Explore this web site to learn more about the world of Frank Sanders.
Prepare to be amazed (or scared)
